The website markets the following products: women's clothing, men's clothing and textile accessories.
The customer declares to have read and accepted the general conditions of sale prior to the placing of his order. The validation of the order therefore implies acceptance of the general conditions of sale.
2.PURPOSE OF THE SITE
The purpose of the Site is the sale of Products to Customers.
3. ORDER
In order to place an order, the buyer may select one or more Products and
add them to their cart. The availability of the Products is indicated on the Site, in the sheet
descriptive of each article. When their order is complete, he will be able to access
their basket by clicking on the button provided for this purpose.
By consulting their basket, the buyer will have the ability to check the number as well as the
nature of the Products he has chosen and will be able to verify their unit price, as well as their
overall price. He will have the possibility to remove one or more Products from his basket.
The main characteristics of the Products and in particular the specifications, illustrations and
indications of size or capacity of the Products are presented on the Site, which the
Customer is required to read before ordering.
If his order suits him, the buyer can validate it. He will then access a
form on which he can either enter their login credentials if he already has them
, or register on the Site by completing the registration form using the
personal information about them, or either order as a guest and enter the form.
4. PAYMENT
As soon as he is connected or after he has perfectly completed the form, the buyer will be invited to check or modify his delivery details
and invoicing, then will be asked to make the payment by being redirected for this purpose
on the secure payment interface with the words "order with obligation of
payment".;
Once the payment has actually been received by Sheena Artwork, the latter undertakes to accuse
receipt to the Customer electronically, within a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) hours.
Within the same period, Sheena Artwork undertakes to send the Customer an e-mail
summary of the order and confirming the processing, including all the
related information.
5. PRICES
The applicable prices are those displayed on the Site on the day of the order. These prices may
be modified at any time by Sheena Artwork. The prices displayed are only valid on the day of
the order. The prices indicated on the Site are understood in euros, all taxes included,
excluding delivery costs.
6. TERMS OF PAYMENT
The Customer can make his payment by credit card or PayPal. Payments
by credit card are done by means of secure transactions provided by Prestashop Checkout.
In the context of credit card payments, Sheena Artwork does not have access to any data relating to
to the Customer's means of payment. Payment is made directly in the hands of
the banking institution. The Customer is then subject to the General Conditions of Service of
payment used and acknowledges that it is expressly referred to these
General Conditions for everything related to the payment stage.
For payment by bank transfer or check, Sheena Artwork may accept it under certain conditions. Please request this in advance. In this case, the delivery times only begin to run at
from the date of receipt of payment by Sheena Artwork.
7. RETENTION OF TITLE
The Products sold remain the property of Sheena Artwork until full payment of their price,
in accordance with this retention of title clause.
8. DELIVERY
Packages are usually shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment. They are shipped via La Poste with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Packages can also be shipped via Mondial Relay.
Delivery times are notified in each item description, and are given only as an indication: 3 to 5 days for items in stock, 10 to 30 days for items on order.
In case of delivery of a package obviously and visibly damaged, it belongs to the Customer
to refuse it in order to enjoy the guarantee offered by the carrier. The Customer must also
inform the seller without delay. Due to the nature of the Products marketed by
Sheena Artwork, the Customer is informed that he will not always be
possible that the damaged Product will be replaced identically. In this case, Sheena Artwork will leave the possibility to the Customer either to benefit from a full refund, or
to obtain a new Product of equivalent price.
9. WITHDRAWAL
Under Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise his right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs. Returns apply only to products in stock, not custom orders.
10. WARRANTIES
All products supplied by Sheena Artwork benefit from the legal guarantee provided for in articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
In case of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to the company that will take it back, exchange it or refund it. All claims, requests for exchange or refund must be made by post to the following address:
Sheena Artwork, 209 route de Kerozan, 44350 Guérande, within thirty days after delivery.
11. RETURN
Under Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise his right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of shipping and return costs. Returns apply only to products in stock, not custom orders.
The buyer must communicate his complaint either by e-mail or via the " Contact" page of the site within 14 working days.
Upon receipt of the buyer's complaint, Sheena Artwork will decide on the follow-up to be given to his complaint and will send him, to the extent that it accepts an exchange, a credit, or a refund, as well as the return address. The buyer will then have to return the item by the carrier of his choice, taking responsibility for the arrival of the item safely.
Sheena Artwork will exchange the product, refund it or have a credit within 20 days of receipt of the product. The product can only be accepted in return if it is the complete product, in its original condition (understood not worn or modified in any way whatsoever) including packaging and accessories accompanied.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the www.sheena-artwork.com site are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Sheena Artwork. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether in the form of a photo, logo, visual or text.
13. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These general conditions are subject to the application of French law.
These terms and conditions may be modified at any time by Sheena Artwork.
The general conditions applicable to the Customer are those in force on the day of his order
or its connection to this Site, any new connection to the personal space
by accepting the new general terms and conditions if necessary.
